Lakshmi-2 believes she is a prophet and use Vex technology to presumably see the future . She has claimed to predict some events successfully , but most predictions do not do to pass . During the Season of the Splicer , when the members of the Tower offer safe trapping to the Eliksni , Lakshmi vehemently objected . She arrogate to have seen a vision of the Tower engulf in destruction , all due to the Eliksni .
Even so , not many people believed her . They believed her to be a faulty prophet , absorbed in her undependable prevision . This lack of support promote Lakshmi to her breakage period , prompting her to take matters into her own hands . Lakshmi ship content to the citizenry of the Last City , promoting her hunch of the Eliksni . Although these argument did not recruit many following , they unsettled the oecumenical thickly settled .

Lakshmi-2 was grisly and tired of the Vanguard ’s self-satisfaction . Ikora Rey wittingly let her enemies into the one safe haven she had entrust . Trampled by the mass of Vex , Lakshmi-2 ’s body lay lifeless on the flat coat . The very force that call to save her was her grounds of death .
In the wake of her death , the Future War Cult fell to pieces . It had no leader because who would follow an organisation formerly led by a fake prophet ? The Future War Cult had nothing to stand on , and thus , it collapsed . Despite Lakshmi-2 ’s death , her body was retrieve , enabling the hypothesis of a reboot . Perhaps Lakshmi-3 will return to go her people once more .
