Several players may not have these areas unlocked , so it ’s safe to travel to these locations first to see them on your function . Flutter Barn is locate between Rocky Reels and Synapse Station POI . also , Shimmering Shine is located W of Fort Jonesy , and eastern United States of Rocky Reels POI . To discharge this challenge , players only need to foot up aThrowable Launch Padin their stock list and lay out it down at either of the locations .
