What are the new Resident Evil skins for Dead by Daylight?
In avideo posted to YouTubeby developer Behaviour Interactive , three new skin were show up off for various Resident Evil characters . Ada Wong is plainly stunning in her iconic reddened clothes from Resident Evil 4 . Jill Valentine dons her tactical bathing costume from Resident Evil : Revelations . at long last , a fresh killer takes the stage with the Blight ’s new hide , Resident Evil 2 ’s William Birkin .

This is n’t the first or 2nd time Resident Evil has crossed over with Dead by Daylight . The Resident Evil Chapter was released on June 15 , 2021 , and brought Leon S. Kennedy , Jill Valentine , and the Nemesis to the fog along with the RPD . Also included as alternate skins were Claire and Chris Redfield .
Project W go on the movement and was released on August 30 , 2022 . In addition to the make over RPD map , players got a fresh killer like Albert Wesker and two new subsister with Rebecca Chambers and Ada Wong . Not stopping there , Behaviour Interactive also added new skin for Wesker , Chambers , Wong , Kennedy , Valentine , Feng Min , and Felix Richter . Sheva Alomar and Carlos Oliveira tread into the Fog as skin for Valentine and Kennedy . in the end , the fearsome Hunk became a skin for Legion . Truly , this was an plethora of riches .
So , while more Resident Evil is always welcome in Dead by Daylight , it ’s foreign to see it as part of another case and not a chapter all its own . The three new skin have been snuck in as part of the Lunar New Year ’s Moonlight Burrow event . Again , I do n’t want to sound like we ’re sound off , but it ’s just so uncanny . There were no annunciation made prior , no teasing released , just nothing . We ’re glad that Capcom and Behaviour Interactive seem to have a very healthy relationship , but this is plainly bizarre . So much so that instead of doing a regular news show while , We ’re now writing about the odd draw - in .
