Once you ’ve collected your ninth badge , enroll the RB Battles experience and look for theEvent Badgesarea .
take the air into this area and go about the terminal below to put in your badges .
Once your badges have been submitted , and the jibe icons have been illuminate up , leave the sphere and go up the ballot terminal pictured below .
