Using Ice Type moves is an easy direction to drag through Larry ’s intact squad as every individual one of his Pokémon is weak to them . Unlike Nemona , Clive , orPenny ’s battleswhere a bunch of switching around might be necessary , player can perfectly use one Pokémon for Larry ’s battle . His squad include :

Tropius is n’t much of a threat and can even be used as a chance to place up with Swords Dance , X Items , or any other Stat raising motility . Its biggest threat is Solar Beam . Unless it uses gay Day to both double its Speed due to its Ability , Chlorophyll , and cause Solar Beam to become a one turn move , it ’s easy to take down with any Ice Type move . Oricorio can slow up down players ' Pokémon with Icy Wind and can confuse them with Teeter Dance . Players should be heedful not to use any terpsichore moves , as Oricorio will use the same move as well as its normal attack in the same turn due to its power , Dancer .
Altaria , like Tropius , adopt four times the impairment from Ice Type moves and is easy enough to take down . Its moveset handle its weaknesses , but it is more of a defensive Pokémon than an unsavory one . Staraptor is the big threat on the team and will lower the Attack Stat of Pokémon when switched in due to its Ability , Intimidate . It has a enough amount of Speed , capable of moving first against most Pokémon and administer a lot of harm with any of its moves .
Flamigo will Terastallize flop by and deal a lot of damage with Brave Bird . It does n’t have as much Attack as Staraptor , but it dole out much more damage after Terastallizing . It can shoot Ghost Types with Close Combat due to its power , Scrappy , and hold on Pokémon ’s auditory sensation base moves like Torch Song and Hyper Voice with Throat Chop . Pokémon that can outspeed it and take it out in one bang , like Weavile , are recommended to make do with it expeditiously .
